Connecting Workforce Insight & Operational Performance
Connecting Workforce Insight & Operational Performance

111 Contractor Connect was created through firsthand observation of the operational disconnects affecting aerospace and industrial environments every day.
After years spent working alongside leadership teams, contractors, and operational personnel, we repeatedly saw the same challenges surface across organizations — inconsistent training, communication gaps, workflow friction, lack of reinforcement systems, and growing disconnects between operational leadership and workforce realities.
What stood out most was that many of these challenges were not caused by a lack of effort or commitment from the workforce. In many cases, talented people were operating inside systems that lacked consistency, visibility, reinforcement, and alignment.
111 Contractor Connect was built to help bridge those gaps.
Our approach combines operational insight, workforce engagement, training reinforcement, communication alignment, and practical implementation support designed around real operational environments and measurable outcomes.
We believe sustainable operational excellence is built through transparency, technique, reinforcement, and aligned human systems — not temporary fixes or disconnected processes.

The Operational Insight Division evolved from repeated firsthand observations inside aerospace and industrial environments where communication gaps, inconsistent training, workflow friction, and unclear expectations were creating unnecessary operational strain.
Over time, it became clear that many workplace challenges were not rooted in workforce effort alone, but in disconnects between leadership visibility, training consistency, reinforcement systems, and day-to-day operational realities.
OID was developed to help create stronger alignment, better visibility, and a clearer understanding between operational leadership and workforce environments.

The Training, Transparency & Technique Division was developed after repeated observations where many operational environments were struggling with inconsistent reinforcement, procedural drift, and uneven training experiences between shifts, departments, and individual trainers.
Often times, different people were teaching what should be the same process in completely different ways, creating confusion, uneven technique, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent results between teams and shifts.
T3 was created to help strengthen training consistency, improve procedural clarity, support communication alignment, and enhance operational performance through practical systems designed for real-world environments.

Most people know her simply as MJ. Her observations and experiences that eventually led to the creation of 111 Contractor Connect were shaped through decades spent working alongside leaders, employees, contractors, and communities across a wide range of industries. Through those experiences, MJ repeatedly witnessed the same challenges surface regardless of company size or industry: communication gaps, inconsistent training, operational disconnects, workflow friction, and talented people struggling inside systems that lacked alignment and reinforcement.
With a career spanning leadership, marketing, workforce development, business development, and operational improvement, MJ has built a reputation for helping organizations identify opportunities that are often hiding in plain sight. Her ability to connect people, processes, and practical solutions became one of the driving forces behind the creation of 111 Contractor Connect.
As Executive Vice President and Co-Founder, MJ helps lead the company's Operational Insight Division (OID) and Training, Transparency & Technique (T3) initiatives, focusing on communication alignment, training consistency, operational effectiveness, and workforce engagement. MJ believes the people closest to the work often have the clearest view of what needs to improve. Sometimes it simply takes a fresh perspective and a willingness to listen.
Outside of her professional work, MJ is an avid cook, writer, mentor, and lifelong problem solver. Equally comfortable speaking with executives, frontline employees, entrepreneurs, and community leaders, she has built her career on the belief that every person has something valuable to contribute and every challenge has a solution waiting to be discovered.
Whether sharing ideas in a boardroom, walking a production floor, or gathering friends around a kitchen table for a home-cooked meal, MJ believes some of life's most valuable lessons come from listening to other people's stories. Her curiosity, creativity, and practical approach continue to shape the mission of 111 Contractor Connect: helping organizations strengthen communication, improve performance, and uncover opportunities that are often hiding in plain sight.
